On September 14, 2006, MSN Search will say goodbye as it’s replaced worldwide by Windows Live Search.

Live Search offers a nice, clean interface, easy to navigate tabs for Images, News, Local, QnA, and More. Notice when searching for Online Marketing Firm, the convenient “related” search links along the right hand side, just above the “sponsored sites,” in addition to the info provided when clicking on each tab discussed above.

MSN Live Search seems to have taken a step forward in improving the overall user experience, but only time will tell as to whether Live Search will gain market share over rivals, Google and Yahoo. If you ask me, I believe MSN will have to make a much bigger leap in attracting Google and Yahoo users to leave a search product they have become accustom to using.
