    Congress can and will pursue legislation to have companies like ripoffreport.com off the internet or at least modify the rules. Isn't it funny how this slim ball Ed Magedson says if you post, we will not remove anything, even if it is false information and to think Ed Magedson says we will not reomove because big companies can billy or push editors who originally posted the ripoffreport to remove, how do they know? Define bully companies Ed Magedson?

    The bottom line if someone post anything on Ripoffreport and they later wish to remove it, it should be their choice and since Ed Magedson of ripoffreport says its all permanent, will Congress can change the laws.

    The other thing is Google. Googe is really the Bilderberg Group, they want everyone ip address and they record everything that every does. Google ranks ripoffreport so high is because Google wants content, content is king for Google, which means rankings. Thats all. So Ed Magedson actually makes money on the side to refuse to remove anything. I mean if Ed Magedson doesn't to actually remove on request, his site ratings would go down and he knows it.

    I say lets post anything and everything about Ed Magedson online. He says he doesn't know all the information on his site is true, we'll about about Ed Magedson, assume we post and we don't know what we are writing or we think we know. ??

    Personally Ed Magedson will remove anything about him on his site? Sounds like a conflict of interest. Since he says he would remove about anybody else if it is true or not, what about Ed Magedson? Is he to determine content about him and he can remove if any editor or poster is posting the information on ripoffreport.com? Sure he will.

    Then you have all this repetation online companies too, they get paid to remove or lower ripoffreport links down by buying backlinks and making hundreds of blog post. Think Ed Magedson doesn't make money for that either? Sure he does? He even owns complaints.com, samething too.

    Ed Magedson does what he does because it is a business to allow negative
    cybor posting and to leave it online. Even if people have a change of heart, he doesn't care, he leaves it on. Yet 4 years ago, they used to remove reports on request but that is not the case any longer.

    Try posting something about Ed Magedson on ripoffreport.com and see what happens to the post? Try it and see.

    I suggest people to visit their Congress people and request for legislation to modigy the 2nd amendment as Ed Magedson refuses to listen to cybor posting.

    I have been in the staffing industry for almost 20 years. I have contacted rip off report to remove the negative lies and false comments about myself and my companies that are now closed. They told me since my company was closed that I would not qualify for the resolution program. After much research and having my attorney contact rip off report we now know why. They can't demand anything from me or my company if it's closed. This is a horrible company with a ridiculous reputation. I refuse to respond to any comments made via rip off report but will respond to anyone that wants answers regarding Advanced Plus Personnel, Inc. dba HIVE Advanced Solutions. There was never fraudulent activity via APPI OR HAS but rather fraudulent checks written on the company account by an individual in Houston, TX . Unfortunately, the account was closed by the bank without notice. All checks that were returned were paid.




    Last week, there were several excellent posts elucidating the many ways RipOff Report violates Google’s Terms of Service, and yet manages to stay on top of the Google search results pages. Rand, Chris Bennet, Will Critchlow, and Andy Beal did a great job of bringing RipOff Report out in the open for a serious discussion.

    It is no secret that RipOff Report has been widely and universally accused of promulgating defamatory content and then extorting money from the victims of the very libel it publishes. This business model has made RipOff Report the subject of many lawsuits.

    In my opinion enough said.

    It will take hundreds, if not thousands, of people like you and me banding together to accomplish our goal of preventing the type of internet defamation that we are now experiencing. We may not have the numbers, but we certainly have the principles on our side.

    Good people are being adversely damaged by a good law that has resulted in bad policy. In order to get action taken to address the problems inherent in the current CDA, we must organize and take our message to state legislatures and to Congress.

    I think it can be done. We have a story to tell and it’s high time we told it.

Here you can join a group who currently are making posts on the site to get laywers involved directly. Sounds like a great start and it makes sense.

    TNT Management / Tina Norris "Jade Rathbun" - False Impersonator / LIAR!

    On March 27, 2009 - We received the following email from a "Jade Rathbun" rathbunjade@aol.com -

    Good Morning Lori,
    My name is Jade Rathbun and I live in Miami Florida.
    I recently worked for the CTaylor Agency out of Evansville Indiana, and have not been paid.
    I see your business listed in Evansville, and thought you may be able to help answer my questions.
    Every time I call I get a full voice mail, and she never returns my e-mails. Is she closed????? She owes me and my sister $700.00 and its been 4 months! Is there anyone else that I can talk to that has experienced the same problems?
    Does your agency staff events and promotions too?
    Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give me!

    Of course, we get calls and emails like this often - so we responded to this poor young model with helpful information and facts to help her locate Theresa Catanese from The C. Taylor Agency to get paid.

    "JADE" responded and was grateful for the information..... but something kept sounding "fishy" about it all. We even spoke to her on the phone. We noticed that she had a Los Angeles area phone number... be she told us she had recently moved to Miami and hadn't got a new number yet.
    "JADE" kept on inquiring about TNT Management / Tina Norris.... even though Tina had nothing to do with the job that she said The C. Taylor Agency booked her for. It was like she kept on trying to get us to say certain things about TNT.... like her involvement with Theresa Catanese with C. Taylor.
    She even made up a fake myspace account so she could see the SCAM Alliance's page and their postings on her.... They are a great group of Models that we have come to know who have been helping us state our case to other Models on myspace. She also posted a false report on The C. Taylor Agency online.

    A little background info: We, our co-workers, associates, clients and families have been repeatedly harassed through email and phone calls by Tina Norris from TNT Management. She wants everyone to take their postings down off the internet for non-payment, and for ever associating her name with The C. Taylor Agency / Theresa Catanese. She and her "attorney" has called, emailed and threatened every one of us that they are going to sue us. (Which she has not done anything at all..... she claims she took one model to court and won... but the case was actually dropped immediately in court when they showed up.) We have sent Tina Norris 2 different Cease/Desist letters recently to demand that she stop harassing us and all involved.

    TO THE POINT: Jade's IP address from her emails do not trace back to Miami.... The IP is from DeMoines, Iowa..... where the TNT Management office is located.
    Jade's phone number..(818-859-9829 which we turned over to the local Police Dept.) which actually turned out to be a phone line in California.... is registered to TNT Management.

    Tina Norris has made up this "fake model" JADE in order to get information out of us.... so she can TRY to get us to say something that she could use in court.
    Hasn't she harassed everyone enough already? Now she has proved herself a LIAR. But we already knew that.
    We are not sure that it was actually TINA on the phone with us... but it was definitely someone who she put up to it personally.
    This has been turned over to law officials since this is clearly harassment/stalking/cyberbully behavior... The same behavior she clearly blames others for when she is the one that continues to harass and stalk others who speak out against her business practices.

    We are currently working with other models and Agencies who are owed money by TNT Management / Tina Norris..... and each one of them have spoken about her being associated on some level with The C. Taylor Agency / Theresa Catanese. It is very interesting to us that Tina would use The C. Taylor Agency as "BAIT". In our opinion, and must we say once again... in our opinion.......this leads up to believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are working together.

    Everyone knows this site is the sister site of "ripoffreport.com". First you put up a negative posting (under ROR), then offer to take it down for $1000.00 for 3 months, and $250.00 a month to keep it down (under this site). Thats called extortion. I got the call today from the "so called manager". Have fun while you can, but remember, they don't have computers in jail.
    I hope you end up in a cell with bubba...14 inches and no gender preference.
