Danny Sullivan to Leave Search Engine Strategies and search Engine Watch
Danny Sullivan announced his departure from Search Engine Strategies and Search Engine Watch today, after ten years of service.
It seems that after Incisive Media acquired SEW and SES from Jupiter Media, Danny was unable to negotiate a new contract that made sense for him. This is a tremendous loss to both SES and SEW, and I can only hope that Incisive will see that and remedy the situation. Danny has long been the face of this industry. There is no one with more experience in promoting the search industry to the press than Danny.
Danny Sullivan is a pioneer in the search space, and I’m certain that he will continue to do great things in the space. He has mentioned on his personal blog that he may write a book, which would be great.
I’m certain whatever he does, we will be impressed with his next contribution.
