Click fraud is a threat
If we mention the name Google, it might give different impression to different people. For me, they’re very attractive because of the ready traffic they can provide for me to market my products. But, this also makes it vulnerable to frauds in the form of click fraud scheme by AdSense publisher that want to gain quick bucks. Academics and consultants studying online advertising would mostly estimate that 10% to 15% of ad clicks are fake, representing roughly $1 billion in annual billings.
And that’s a huge amount of money. But Google claim that the total amount of users affected by click fraud is less 2% and the credit goes to their Google
